Sephora has been on the journey of returning to the UK and launching a global brand. Steve Lesnard, Sephora, Global Chief Brand Officer, was hired to drive the growth of all brands globally from his base in London, where he was to lead all product development teams across Europe and others.

Steve became the global chief brand officer of Sephora UK in October 2021 after serving as SVP of marketing for the brand since January 2019. Previously he worked at The North Face as the company’s CMO and Global VP of Product Creation. Leonard’s journey of career commenced s on 1997 as Global Sports Marketing and Footwear Project Manager.
One Marylebone Free Event
The event was free, held in Marylebone and London. The event was a massive success because of how Sephora did things. They made sure to cover everything from makeup tips. They also had many vendors so that you could get any product from them. The best part about this whole thing is that they had an exclusive sale at one point during the day where all their products were 25% off for everyone who attended. Steve Lesnard and teammates launched an “Express All of You” campaign to accelerate Sephora’s return to the U.K.
