Patrick Lucchese Finds Success As Brazilian Entrepreneur
Patrick Lucchese is an entrepreneur from Brazil. He was born in 1979 in Porto Alegre and holds a business administration degree earned at George Washington University. He also has a master’s degree in engineering management. After completing his formal education in 2005, he returned to Brazil and worked for Rossi Construcoes as the head of its commercial department.
After finding great success in his role at Rossi Construcoes, Patrick Lucchese was promoted to chief commercial officer for its work in Southern Brazil. One of his biggest achievements in this position was successfully selling 1024 apartments in Manaus in just two days. This resulted in his being aw the Master Imobilario Prize.
In 2011, he left this company to become the CCO at Grupo Invest. Two years later, he joined Bozano Realty as its chief executive officer and partner. Credit Suisse hired him in 2014 to become its Southern Regional CEO position. He started his own company in 2016, which is Urban Advisors. As the CEO, he leads this consulting firm that has offices in Sao Paulo and Porto Alegre.
Patrick Lucchese says he came up with the idea of Urban Advisors while working for Credit Suisse. He saw that some of this company’s clients needed more strategic support than they were receiving.
