Before joining Elevate as CEO, Acoca was President of Global Markets at UPS. He led teams focused on customer innovation, service delivery, and analytics across more than 60 countries.
Bernard Acoca also previously served as Vice President and General Manager for Experian Interactive Services at Experian Corporation, where he led business strategy development and drove innovative customer solutions.

Acoca completed his MBA from Rice University.
