Alliance Defending Freedom is a prominent legal advocacy organization that is conservative. It’s based in the United States and its mission is to protect the United States Constitution. Especially the fundamental freedom of numerous legal initiatives and cases that focus on family values, freedom of speech and religion.
Formerly Alliance Defense Fund, ADF was founded so that any threats to religious liberty in America would not get trampled on. Religious freedom is being defended since 1994 by ADP. Individuals and organizations are protected from their beliefs that are being infringed upon by government policies and regulations. Abortion rights, freedom of conscience issues and the rights of LGBTQ are all verified by the Alliance Defending Freedom group.
Litigation matters and legal training is provided. Support is provided for conservative attorneys with values that are against discrimination. Legal counsel is also given to individuals whose rights are being threatened. Many have criticized Alliance Defending Freedom as they feel this organization contributes to limiting the rights of marginalized groups.
Alliance Defending Freedom had already won several victories since 2011. Eighty percent of all the cases they have gone after have been successful. There are attorneys that help Alliance Defending Freedom, as well as volunteers and business professionals. All participants have a different role in this shared vision to advocate for the rights of the groups they are representing.
There has been a history of success won by students and business partners around the world. The impact has been phenomenal. This alliance is spear-headed by a Christian advocacy group that believes the values of a community should be based on a virtuous nature. This is for the benefit and growth throughout the society at large. So far the ADF has succeeded in implementing the various principles they advocate for, including the presentation of their core values and the manner in which they are presented to the public at large.
